I tried 3 times to post my cake but it sid it was to big a pic size(800 pixels max) So I posted it in my photo page. It was the very first Wedding cake I did.From this Im getting 3-4 more cakes!!!How lucky was 7-7-07 for me??

Wow! Whatta cake! I'm not surprised you got orders!! Makes mine look piddly compared to yours. (But if you want to look, it's the basketweave with purple flowers and the red roses with red ribbon right next to it).

What a great idea! These are all so beautiful.

Here are mine:

oops - mine are too large to post here also. And I don't know enough about computers to reduce them, lol. But I put them in my pics. The black and white square wedding cake and the UGA groom's cake. That's all for me for 070707! icon_smile.gif

The only thing I did today was a Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting for a church pot luck tomorrow. Not fancy but it did only take 1 1/2 hours to bake and make! There are some beautiful cakes posted today...yall did really good!

I forgot to take a picture of the cupcakes I made today, but they were great! Devils food cupcakes filled with chocolate pudding with carmel chips. The frosting was buttercream with a package of raspberry jello added. I took them to a bbq today.

no wedding, only a baptiam for my good friend. The only one not happy with the cake was her DS whose too young to eat it ! icon_smile.gif

I had 2 weddings booked. The date was not as popular here in South-Africa, as it is currently winter, guess I just got lucky icon_biggrin.gif

i can't get mine to post either, its the 3 tiered stand with the the purple and green, with dragonflies. i actually really liked this cake.

Beautiful cakes everyone! I had a bridal shower cake. It was nice not haviang anything else this weekend so I could devote all my talents to this and not be streched so thin. Got to play with some gumpaste/fondant tools that I've recently purchased. Pam from Bama
