I have a friends cake comming up I plan on using th dh devils food for the cake itself. BUt they were wanting me to use a chocolate filling & not sure what would be the best way to go. Would I just do chocolate icing? Or use something else? Thanks in advance for your help

You can't go wrong with a good chocolate icing or a whipped ganache is really good too! I love to torte the layers and then fill. It looks so pretty and impressive when cut.

You could also use chocolate pudding or a chocolate toffee ganache.
