I want to build kitchens to rent out. Who out there is renting kitchen space rather than their own business or out of their home and how much are you paying?

I am not renting but I called around in Anchorage and they have a complete commercial kitchen with pans, service plates etc...I mean the whole shebang...one was $25 an hour and the other was $30 bucks and hour.

You can do a search under spenard rec center in Anchorage Alaska and see what all is included.
I think that one was the cheaper one, can't remember what the other one was called.

I am thinking if you are only renting the kitchen where are you going to put it? ARe you going to rent the whole building? It might be better to do it by the month rather than by the hour.

Personally, unless it's your kitchen and you are already using it and just need to find someone to fill in some time and make a little extra money here and there....I just don't see how you can make money at this.

Maybe if you had a kitchen that someone could rent by the month that would work...

But if you charge by the hour your business depends on their business. Yah know? If you charge by the month, even if they have slow month you still get the same amount of money.
