I don't know of any stores specifically, but I would search your area for Cake stores-the chains (Hobby lobby, Michaels) don't sell it. I can't find it around here either, but it seems that specialty cake stores sell it.
But you are only about 30 mins from Jackie and Heath... maybe you can do a Pickup instead of having it shipped?

We don't allow pickups as we are not a physical store.
But as she mentioned, she needs colors we are sold out of.
There is a cake supply store in Lynnwood I think, I am not sure of the name, but they might carry it.

I noticed your post that AmeriColor is not at Hobby Lobby. AmeriColor is now availabel at Hobby Lobby!
