I just seen a post talking about chocolate buttercream and for the life of me I can not find it now. They mentioned a chocolate buttercream recipe with hershey syrup in it?? I can find it on CC. Does anyone have it???

The other day I tried two recipes which both flopped. I resorted to buying chocolate frosting, costing me a fortune. Does the chocolate syrup recipe resemble chocolate pudding? Or is it more like a buttercream?

It's very smooth, shiny buttercream. I actually add a liitle etra powdered sugar if it is really hot outside. I love this chocolate icing, it really tastes good and is very easy to work with.

I LOVE the Chocolate Fudge Buttercream. I think this one is thicker and more chocolatey, but it depends on the hot fudge you put in it. It is great for a filling or for frosting. I make mine with homemade hot fudge, so it's pretty thick. I made chocolate kiss roses with this last week and then filled a chocolate cake with it-OH MY!!!
