Thanks soooo much for sharing. I normally use the glass method where I place my bag in a tall glass and fill. Will have to try your way next time.

I am so excited,I have just started really getting into making cakes(have always enjoyed it but I am doing it more often now). This is something I have been trying to figure out for some time...how to change colors without the horrible mess! I LOVE CC and you all are so talented, I learn something new everyday! I use the Pringles can method but this sounds much easier/cleaner.....I always overfill my bag and it comes out of the top.....thanks for the tip!

Very cool I bet it helps you not to have air gaps too! Do you pull the saran through the end of the pastry bag and fold it over with the coupler over it?

I pull the plastic thru the coupler so it fits about 2/3's of the way into tip. Makes clean up a cinch.
