Wow.. I am surprised at how many people have never heard of this. I have been doing it this way for years.. We called them "bullets"; twist and wrap each end, then just cut off the end when ready to use. I particularly like using them with whipped cream. You know how it breaks down with heat from your hand.. keep the bullets in the fridge, and reload your bag as needed, and they are nice and cold. Also, for buttercream, keep a bullet made up of each color you are using for your tote bag to travel with for on site set ups, and repairs.
