Hello, just to let you know, I've seen 2 pictures she posted in the christmas section of the gallery talking about the 200 cupcake order.

First off, HAPPY NEW YEAR to you and your family. The cupcakes came out allright. I posted some over here and I just repeated the same patterns over and over again. I finished one night at 3:30 in the morning. I do not think I'll ever will do it again. To me it's not as profitable as the regular cakes. I find regular cakes easier to make. But anyway, thanks for asking. I always visit this site looking for your new additions and tutorials. Take care, bye. icon_smile.gif

Yeah, people think cupcakes are so much easier and they are actually much more work when it's all said and done. It takes much longer to fill 24 cups (evenly at that!!) than it does to pour batter into a pan. Then comes the individual icing and decorating.

They are not profitable at all.
