Looks to me like a 1F or a 191, pulled straight up. I'd say that almost any drop flower tip pulled straight up would do something similar.

A tip 2D would work as well. I agree that any large flower tip should do fine.

You can get that look by squeezing stars with a 1M tip too.

Sorry ~ I can't figure out how to get the picture on here. I have some flower cupcakes in my pics and the purple ones look similar to the picture you posted. I thought it might be the same tip (#74). I use it just like I would use a star tip. It makes a really neat effect.

I think that is done with tip 107, but I think you can accomplish a similar effect with tip 16 by doing a star and turning it slightly as you are lifting it up.

~white petals as base: tip 127
~rose base: tip 12
~rose petals: tip 104
~leaf: tip 352

PURPLE FLOWERS:
~tip 74 (this is a leaf tip but I like it for this look)

YELLOW FLOWERS:
~petals: tip 127
~center: tip 12
~leaf: tip 352

WHITE FLOWERS:
~petals: tip 12
~center: tip 233
~leaf: tip 352
