I know you can buy carboard cake boxes, but I'd like to get some of the plastic ones like you see at the Grocery store because I have heard they keep the cake more fresh and you can freeze them. I have looked and found some OK prices, but I'd like to know if any of you get them and where? I think BRP Box Shop has the best price I have found so far PLUS free shipping. Has anyone ordered from them? Reliable? Good product? Let me know if you have any info in this area!! Or suggestions about alternative products!!

Is the cake decorated?
You can gently wrap it in plastic wrap then foil and freeze it.
But, freezing a decorated cake you are running the risk of transfering color of icing while it thaws.
