does anyone have a recipe for a strawberry mousse filling? i have a customer that wants that in her sons brithday cake because her husband loves it...anyway i cant find a recipe for it

I cheat and buy the Dr Oetker strawberry,chocolate and vanilla mousse mixes in the aisle with the cake mixes.They are really good!!!

So those mixes work well in cakes as well? I see them all the time but never thought of filling a cake with them?

Yeah the work great but I wouldn't use them in a cake left out in the sun all afternoon.They tend to melt.
