My brother asked for a horror themed cake for his birthday. Which by the way is this coming Sunday! I was thinking of a hockey mask w/"blood" on it like Jason from Friday the 13th movies. Maybe a arm or leg with a hatchet in it? Any other ideas would be a great help. Thanks a bunch.

The hockey mask sounds great especially if you have an oval cake pan. I also think the scream mask would be another good idea.

I have to agree that that was a horrible looking cake and I couldn't ever imagine making one myself

OK- as a registered respiratory therapist and hubby working in the operating room, we are accustomed to this type of STUFF all day HOWEVER working with it and eating it just is not there. Its just gross however its very well done.

My son is 18 and he wants this cake for his 19 birthday.it is so gross i think i would get sick just making it.

As a former medic, I think that it looks so cool! Everything looks so real! But I could never serve that to people and not expect to be thrown up on!!

That cake looks so real! I don't think I could eat a cake like that without throwing up! But it looks awesome and is very well done....And I thought the kitty litter cake was disturbing!!! ha

Wow... they've finally found a way to make you eat liver for dessert.

I gotta make this for my next holloween party (mostly doctors and other medical types)!!!! I'll just hope nobody barfs on it!
