Say anyone ever try the LorAnn Oil flavor of Root Beer?
I was afraid it might be really nasty icon_surprised.gif so I backed off lol and opted for Peanut Butter because I know my husband likes chocolate and pb...

I have only tried the lemon, which was great but super concentrated..... I am at a loss as to how I would use rootbeer in a cake - maybe for candy or something. Were you going to add it to frosting or something? I would take a cup of frosting and add a tiny tad to taste and see. I guess the flavor might go well with a french vanilla cake - I will have to watch and learn!

Rootbeer cake may be my new favorite icon_biggrin.gif

I use the LorAnn flavors all the time. Mostly for candy, but I have also used them to flavor fondant. If you do that, only use a little bit. They are very strong! icon_smile.gif
