Hi! I am fixing to start cookie bouqets and had a couple minor Q? before I mess up! Do I use same coloring as I would BC icing? Once I use Ant74 recipe to do outline, how much water to add to thin and fill in cookie? Do I pipe like I would with bags and tips or use bottles. I am just doing simple flowers. And how do you make hot pink?

I personally find the bottles with a #3 tip the easiest to fill in with. (I'm naturally very shaky!) Antonia says to mix in enough water to where the icing disappears into itself within about 5 sec when you drizzle it off of a spoon into the bowl. This works well for me. Mixing colors seems to be the same as for buttercream. I've never tried to make hot pink so I can't help ya there!!
