Hi Everyone,
I posted this on the "General" topics board but have not gotten a reply. I was hoping someone on the cookie board can help. So, here goes:
I was just unloading my dishwasher and had a question that I'm sure you can answer. What from your cake/cookie baking/decorating collection is NOT dishwasher safe? Are the rings used on the rolling pin dishwasher safe?
Thanks,
Elvira

You should never put anything wood in your dishwasher because it can soak up with soap and water. The rings are fine because they are plastic. I never put my cake pans in the dishwasher especially if they are Wilton pans because they have a coating on them that will turn whitish. They will still work fine but feel funny. I use a stone for cookies and never put that in there either. Other than that I think just about everything else does get in the dishwasher. hope that helps
