Does anyone have a recipe for a chocolate cake (but make with white chocolate). I know that white chocolate has a different consistency and I wonder whether it will make a difference. Someone needs a wedding cake in white chocolate and I need your help please.

I will add white chocolate pudding mix to either a white or vanilla cake. You can also melt come good quality white chocolate to the mix.

white chocolate has a very subtle flavour. in additon to becky d's suggestion, you might want to try making a white chocolate mousse for the filling, and spreading each cake layer first with seedless raspberry jam -- white chocolate and rasperry is a marvelous combination both visually and flavour-wise.
