What do you use to get a sparkly look on your cookies? Do you use Luster dust or something? Does it change the flavor of the icing at all? How do you apply it to the cookie? I am planning some cookies that have parts that look like silver and gold and want them to look metallic if possible. Thanks for any help.

I use luster dust to get that effect on my fondant-covered cookies. Mix the dust with some vodka or extract and paint with a soft, sable brush.
