Hi guys,
I made these really pretty cross cookies. the icing is the glace icing and then I decorated with royal. The royal is dry completely but the glace icing looks dry and at light touch seems fine but if you press too hard it cracks which tells me the they are not completely dry. Does glace icng not dry completely?? Will they be okay to bag up?

Glace icing does take a while to dry completely-I usually give it 24hrs or at least over night before I add my royal accents. Humidity can also be a factor.

Did it ever dry completely? I made that at Christmas and it never did dry completely.
