What's a resonable price for cupcakes. I've been asked to do cupcakes ( for the kids ) and a small cake. I've only done a handful of cakes, none that I've charged for and am clueless when it comes to pricing.

You should call a local bakery and ask how much they charge. It varies depending on your location. I usually charge about a dollar each for my cupcakes (and may add on 10 or 25 cents each depending on how they want it decorated)

I'm not sure how small of a cake you're thinking, but I charge $25 for an 8" cake (and add on for "extras") if there's any buttercream transfers or anything. Good luck!
