I am currently looking for a commercial kitchen to rent, and I am wondering how much of the work actually has to be done in the kitchen. Is it possible to just bake the cakes and make the frosting and then assemble it all at home? Making and assembling the entire cake in the kitchen could get pretty pricey.... I'm in CA

The purpose is for sanitation. Everything must be done in the certified kitchen. it would be nice, but nothing can be done in the home.

Thanks JoAnn. I was was just hoping since lots of cakes are assembled on site, maybe you could do more out of the kitchen. icon_smile.gif That's California...
