Can someone tell me what types of luster dust and pearl dust that are not toxic. I want to use either of them for a wedding cake a little later this year and I dont want to kill someone.

Really new to cake decorating, here...need lots of advise!

I only use the one's I can purchase either through the Wilton website or (preferably) at my local cake decorating store.
