So I'm halfway through my Course I, and i'm really liking it! What's even better, is that I'm the only one in my class, so it's like I'm having private lessons! I made the first cake the other day, I ended up finishing it at home, because I spent a little too long on the practice boards

But anyway, here it is...it's been so humid and hot here, I had a really hard time getting the icing completely smoothed out.

Good job, looks great to me, I enjoyed the first course a lot....
