Does anyone have a great recipe for rolled buttercream frosting with tips on using it? I love the look of fondant but prefer the taste of buttercream frosting.

found my recipe here. Have used it twice , since i found it. It does get greasy but after it has dried it is fine. would give you a link but have not figured it out yet.
