Maybe I'm going crazy but I've been searching for this recipe and I can't find it. Maybe I'm mistaken...but I thought there was an easy but good recipe for raspberry mousse that has cool whip and also cream cheese in it...(and I guess raspberry preserves). I looked in CC's recipes and saw something similar but it didn't have cream cheese.

Has anyone used the one I'm remembering? I feel like a read about it in a post several months ago...

here's the one onsite that i use

Rasberry mousse filling

Serves/Yields: filling for 2 9x13 cakes or one thick layer
Prep. Time: 5 mins.
Cook Time: none
Category: Fillings
Difficulty: Easy


1 8oz. brick cream cheese,softened
1 15oz. jar Polander seedless rasberry
1 8 oz. tub cool whip (I use cool whip lite)

Put cream chesse in mixer whip on med for 2 minutes. Add rasberry mix until combined. Add cool whip until combined. Put mixture in refrigerator for 30 min to set.
