I saw on Target.com an electric sifter/ hand helder mixer. Anybody have one of those? I also saw Williams Sonoma had a sifter that did up to 8 cups at one time.
Time to replace the rusty one.

I haven't seen the sifters you speak about, but I got a really nice one at Smart and Final that works really well for me. The one I had was actually my grandmothers, who passed away many many moons ago and I was trying to hold on to it for as long as I could, but it just became too much work to sift all of the sugar. I love the ease of sifting now!

I have a battery operated sifter that I purchased from QVC, I love it to death. Never seen an electric one, sounds interesting.

I have the sifter from Williams and Sonoma. I really like it, but you have to be careful sifting because the powdered sugar gets thrown out very easily. You have to sift slow and smoothly.
