What is the best recipe for Ganache that is pourable/ I have always wanted to do a cake with that beautiful glossy, smooth finish, but have never worked with ganache. I know you can whip ganache, but I like to shiny finish.

Dark chocolate ganache is generally about 50/50 heavy cream and chocolate. The best flavor comes from good chocolate.

I can be refrigerated, but it will dull the shine.
