Hi everyone, I made a Bailey's chocolate mousse recipe that was delicious but it tasted more like chocolate mousse. The Bailey's flavor couldn't be detected. I wonder if I just mixed the Bailey's and whipping cream would it hold up as a filling? I don't know if the whipping cream needed anything added to it to stabilize it? I would of course us a bc dam to prevent it from seeping out the sides.

As long as it was kept cool, it would hold up fine.
If it starts to sit out too long at room temperature the alcohol starts to separate out of the whipped cream.
