I am making a wedding cake for my sister inlaw and she wants amorato icing on the cake. I have so far been unable to find a recipe to use. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks

You can use your regular icing but instead of vanilla extract, use amaretto extract - you can find some on lorann's website www.lorannoils.com . I think you can order the oils elsewhere too. You don't have to come up w/ a fancy recipe though - just subsitute that for vanilla in the icing
