currently from Regina Sask.....the Canadian Prairies. Like many of you have lived in many different places. Just prior to moving here, lived in the Canadian Arctic for 11 years. Moving here was a real shock to the system, but have adapted nicely over time. Love this site. It's a daily obsession! Learn so much from everyone and makes me question "how did we ever manage before the electronic age?"....can't wait to have more time to try out all the techniques and ideas I learn from everyone here.

This was a great topic to post! It's nice when the members list their home town in the profile section! Born and raised in Maryland but several years ago DH and I moved to a tiny rural town called Montross, VA (north of Richmond VA). Our town population is under 400....we're talking SMALL town!

Hi everyone, I am from Middle GA, near macon GA. For all you Air Force people I live about 45 min. south of Warner Robins Air Force Base. I was raised in Groton, New London CT, Married a Navy man moved to HI then after our 2nd daughter was born I moved down here with my family. Ended up getting divorced after my 3rd daughter then 4 years later married a Firefighter from macon. Now I am trying to open my own bakery here in Eastman where there is no bakery except wal-mart and grocery stores. I am presently going to collage full time for a Marketing Management degree. Should graduate come March of 06. And that is about it. Sorry it was so long. I get started and can't shut up.

I live in NY where NY, NJ and PA all come together and have since I was born. If you go to the cemetary here in town you can be in all three states at once. It is pretty neat!
