I live near Copenhagen in Denmark, Europe. When my spelling is different, it just might be my pour language skills and the fact that I was taught brittish/english in school, many years ago. Fun to be here thumbs_up.gif

from Dover Delaware live in Germany right now but only for another 5 weeks then on to Langley Virginia for a year..... but I too was an Air Force brat, but went into the Navy and now married to an Air Force military member...

Hi everyone....I am an Aussie living in the middle East. The UAE to be exact. It is stuck in the middle of the desert below Iran and near Oman.

Native Texan living in the same town where I was born, Dallas, how rare is that these days? I've lived in the great State of Texas for all but four of my (almost) 69 years! cowboy.gif

I think it would be good if everybody would put their state in their profile, it is nice to know the area people are writing from. icon_smile.gif

Small town in South Alabama here. I am new to this site but LOVE it.

Will be opening a bakery and Tea Room within the month, getting real excited about the possibility of being able to work for myself again in the near future. icon_biggrin.gif

Hi everyone.....

currently from Regina Sask.....the Canadian Prairies. Like many of you have lived in many different places. Just prior to moving here, lived in the Canadian Arctic for 11 years. Moving here was a real shock to the system, but have adapted nicely over time. Love this site. It's a daily obsession! Learn so much from everyone and makes me question "how did we ever manage before the electronic age?"....can't wait to have more time to try out all the techniques and ideas I learn from everyone here. icon_biggrin.gif

This was a great topic to post! It's nice when the members list their home town in the profile section! Born and raised in Maryland but several years ago DH and I moved to a tiny rural town called Montross, VA (north of Richmond VA). Our town population is under 400....we're talking SMALL town!

It's funny too because I had a friend who lived in TN for a while and came back up saying ya'll and now I say it all the time. My fellow chicago suburbanites like to make fun of me for that. icon_smile.gif
