how do you find a place for your business

to all of you that have a cake business. i have been looking around town for a place to rent or lease and everyone says i don't think this is set up right for a cake business or the insurance will go up and they don't want that. how did you all find a place to start? i work out of my house now, but only a matter of time before health dept. finds out.

I don't know about where you live, but here in middle GA and I am also looking in on renting a place, your best bet is to find a place that a resturant has moved out of or maybe you can buy some land and build to suit your wants and needs. Forget about the middle man, that is if you can afford that if your like me you can't right now. One day tho. Good luck.
