I am making an anniversary cake for my aunt and uncle this weekend. It will be their 25th so I am pretty much making a wedding cake with siver accents. I thought it would be a good practice for a wedding cake without the stress of an actual wedding and bride. Anyway I have looked in the Wilton serving charts to figure out the sizes I will need and I am a little confused. icon_confused.gif I know that the servings are different for party and wedding cakes but how should I figure an anniversary cake. It will be like a wedding cake but it will only be served with a light lunch. I am going to have two layer rounds about four inches high and I only want three tiers because I am going to stack them and I will have to transport the cake after it is all done. icon_surprised.gif What sizes would you think would give me the amount of servings I need?

I've never done a cake like this but I would think you'd want to go with the party charts, especially if they're serving a light lunch.
