I have many beautiful tiffany box cakes on this website. I need to make one to serve 50 people. Which type of cake pans do you use to make the corner look extra sharp?
Also, do you think fondant will work better than bc?

Can I buy the blue fondx to match the tiffany color?

Help please, I need to make the cake at the end of the month.

I would use 12" square Magic line pans to do the box, use fondant to cover the cake. This will give you 48 servings if using the Wilton party chart and 60 servings based on Earlene's.

I have not seen the blue Fondx so cannot tell you if it will match the Tiffany blue. You can use Wilton Teal or Americolor teal and skyblue in equal amounts with white fondant to make the Tiffany blue.
