Hey guys, just curious if anyone has a recipe for a giant cookie, like the big decorated ones the Mrs. Fields shops sell.
I appreciate it!

Personally, I just use my favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe, and I just have to bake it a few minutes longer for the big cookie. I know if you do an internet search for 'cookie pizza recipes' you should be able to find some recipes though.

Hello. I love to make cookie cakes and have had many people request them. I use the toll house cookie recipe that is on the bag of chocolate chips. I usually double the recipe because I get orders for big cakes! I have done this recipe in round pans as well as sheet pans and they have come out great. Good luck!

I'd think you could use any cookie recipe .. just coat whatever pan you choose to use really well so it will come out of the pan .. don't put it too thick so it will bake w/o any problems .. I think my fav is macadamia nut icon_smile.gif

Here's my favorite recipe to use for cookie cakes. The cookie cake came out so soft just like Great American Cookie cakes.

You can cut your recipe size down if needed. Just choose a different serving amount.

How do you charge for a cookie cake and do you decorate it like you normally would a cake?

I've never sold a cookie cake before. Just in case someone wants to buy one from me I priced mine at $20 w/ decorations! I compared the cookie cake prices at Great American cookie.

Also, when putting your cookie dough in the pan, don't pess it all the way to the edge. If you leave it away from the edge about a inch, it will fill in while baking, instead of raising up on the sides and making it thicker there. icon_smile.gif
