How greasy should it be when rolling out? Mine seemed pretty greasy, but I followed the directions and according to them it did not need any more powdered sugar. I rolled them on a sil pat and then loosely covered the cookie sheet with saran wrap and put in freezer. I am off to bake the cookies to put them on, but am worried about the grease- any thoughts.

Welcome!! The RBC will be greasy until drying overnight- then you can wipe off any residual grease with a paper towel. Have fun!!

Thanks for the reply, we will see how they look in the am. I didn't get it as smooth as I think it should be, but I can still gauge the taste.
