Can i roll it with a regular rolling pin, or do I need a fondant one?

regular pin is fine. Some find it a bit stickier. Rolling it between two sheets of plastic 'fabric' helps. You can get the clear stuff in fabric and craft stores. However, a rollng pin will work.
