Can you add vanilla flavoring to MMF?? I made some and thought that if it had a bit more taste, it would be excellent instead of just really good .. does anyone know if you can add vanilla instead the 2 tbsp of water?

I'm sure it wouldn't be a problem to add the vanilla.....I'm not sure I would substitute the whole amount of water for vanilla.....maybe start with 2 tsp vanilla + 4 tsp water = 2Tbsp. I think if you substituted the whole amount the vanilla flavoring would be too much.

Thanks Cindymm4 ... the MMF is really good .. it handles well too .. I did my grandson's cake in it .. his party was today .. I took pics w/my digital camera and will post it soon ...

It is sooooooo good... I love it too .. I was munching on the leftovers of the cake .. I had sealed it in a ziplock bag and I kept going in the bag and pinching off pieces of it and eating it lol .. I loved the way it handled... I think it was Lisa who made a post stating to use Crisco to roll it out on instead of cornstarch or powdered sugar... I used the Crisco and used some on my hands too when I was kneading it .. it worked really well .. it wasn't dry, didn't crack .. still had some moisture to it ... I thought it was great .. my daughter asked me to make a cake for her on the 23rd of this month for 2 co-workers in her office .. she wants me to use the MMF cause she thought it taste great ... I can't wait to make some more and do the cake for her
