Thanks so much everyone! The best part is knowing everything will always be where I left it, (I have 4 kids) and I don't have to clean up everything before I can make dinner. I know I can come back and pick up where I left off. Also I make my own hours. Shop is always open. DH and I talked about what would make the most sense. this or renting.. Like I said, I have kids and this made sense. Being with my family and being able to stop whenever I need to has been priceless.

I just wanted to add that I saw that Sears (Kenmore) makes an "All Refrigerator" and "All Freezer" meaning both are full size. I mention this because you usually have to buy a higher end brand to get full size refrigerators and freezers. The Kenmore ones are right about $1000 each which is low compared to commercial / high end brands.

They are both Frigidaire residential models 16.7 cu feet. They both fit full sheet pans. Kenmore has a very similiar model now. Because of the town codes where I am, I couldn't have commercial grade equipment, so I got as close as I could. Congrats to you!

Awesome job!
Looks like a lot of time, effort and thought went into your kitchen.
Wish you the best, and happy baking/decorating.

Congratulations! I admit that I am jealous, as we are not allowed to have commercial kitchens in our homes where I live.

I want to thank you for the info on the refrigerators and freezers at Sears. I already have two freezers, but could use a refrigerator that is just for refrigeration only, no freezer. And since they're only 16.7 cf, it would easily fit through the door of my apartment.

Thanks again!
