I have looked and looked and looked on the recipe section of this website for the White almond sour cream cake recipe and can't find it at all. I'm sure it is on here, but oh well!

Would someone mind helping me out with the recipe, I want to make one for my mama and daddy, just to say thank you to them for being the best parents that God ever made! usaribbon.gif

Thanks

I don't think it's in the recipe section (not sure)....I had to run a search on the forums when I made it this past weekend.

What would you suggest as a filling to use with the recipe. I have a baby shower cake next week and the White Almond Sour Cream sounds fantastic! Do you think a raspberry filling would work well? Any other suggestions?

There is a wonderful raspberry mousse that is in the recipe section here that I have used and everyone really liked it. I will be making this cake this weekend and will be filling it with a caramel and pecan filling. Hope this helps@

lol Thanks Denise! I want to dance every time I see good ol' ND.

ConnieB, it was very yummy! I used a lime curd filling to go with it and the people I did the cake for absolutely loved it.

I made the full recipe and had enough batter for two 10in square pans and 12 cupcakes.

Mconrey, I'm sure almost anything would taste great with this. Raspberry is a good choice. The caramel/pecan Samsgranny mentioned sounds good too.

I think next time I will try caramel or strawberry.
