I need recipes for tiered wedding cakes. Especially if anyone has a recipe for a white chocolate kahlua cake.

I don't have a white chocolate kahlua cake recipe, but if you need wedding cake recipes, a really good reference is The Cake Bible.

There is a chart in the back that helps you adjust your recipes to any size cake pan. Good for butter cakes, genoise, and cheesecakes. It's a great book and I use it almost daily.

You can usually substitute 1/2 of the water called for in a recipe with alcohol.

On Earlene's website, she tells how to make kahlua. She also has her red velvet and chocolate kahlua cake recipes. I bet you could adapt these to suit your needs very easily. As for the white chocolate icing, I would use her cream cheese buttercream recipe and either add melted white chocolate or add LorAnn chocolate (or white chocolate?) flavoring to it.
