I am fairly new and have been decoarating and frosting with buttercream frosting but was asked to make cake in three weeks with whipped cream filling and frosting the person does not like bc icing at all. any suggestion/recipes will be greatly appreciated.

I just made the chocolate whipped cream frosting in the recipe section on this site last night, and it was WONDERFUL. Also, very easy to make. I don't see why you wouldn't be able to make it without the chocolate as well!
