What do you use on the cookies I see with gold and silver icing on them. I remember someone calling it "edible" something? Is there a product you mix in the icing, or, is it an icing?

they were probably talking about luster dust. this a powder that you mix with vodka, gin, or extract and brush it on your icing. there are different types of dust. go to www.sugarcraft.com. then click on gumpaste tools on left hand menu. then click on dusts-fda on the page. in the top right of the new page is a link that says "dusts information." click on there and it will describe all the different dusts. hope that helps!
