i need to make a 18x3 half round, one layer frosted with butter cream and filled with pudding. I do not have this pan yet, so have never made this cake and have no clue what to charge. i do have the pricing matrix but i don't think this pan is in there right. it says for a half round 2 layer it serves over 100 but in the year book I'm looking at says for one layer it feeds 22. soooo what would you charge for it?
thanks
lacie

One of the easiest ways to determine price is use a per serving price. For most decorated cakes, not too elaborate, $1 a serving is a place to start, and adjust up or down from there.
