Calling all Texas chicks who might give me some advice or insite.
I am wanting to get licensed so I can do my business legally. I currently cant afford to set my own kitchen but interrested in maybe rental of one.
I was checking out some other posts and I think that asking my church to use their kitchen ( since it dosnt have 3 comp. sink or a mop sink ) is out of the question. Dose anyone have any suggestions or know of a kitchen that meet requirements. Also how do I go about getting licensed and certified? Do I need to contact the Co. or the city I live in ( Rowlett ) ?
I have only been doing cakes for a short while, and I love doing it and I aspire to develop a business doing it but I wanna be on the level, if ya'll can understand what I mean by that. I would feel easier and stop fretting over it.

I too am having the same issue in the Arlington/Grand Prairie area. I have been seeking out to rent a few hours in someone's business so that I can legally advertise and do my cakes. If someone comes up with something I too would love to know about it.
