cheesecake brownies (8 dozen 2"x1.5" slices) 48 or US$60
lemon bars (8 dozen 2"x1.5" slices) 36 or US$48
chocolate covered strawberries (2 kg or about 4.4 lbs) 32 or US$40
TOTAL: 116 or US$145

the cost of paper liners for the brownies and lemon bars are not yet included, the customer will provide those herself. all i have to do is cut everything up into portions and place them onto platters for serving.

please tell me what you think! icon_biggrin.gif thank you!

p.s.
i'm so happy i'm finally done with baking! i'll be doing the strawberries tomorrow and delivery will be on saturday morning icon_biggrin.gif

As you seem to live in the United Kingdom I believe the guys also living there are more apt to answer your question because of the pricing difference in every location.

Bump!

The strawberries look alittle low in price, but i suppose that all depends on what price you are paying for you strawberries to begin with. Here they are about $3 or so a pound, then add the chocolate(which depending on how much that cost) total cost to make that many strawberries for me would be pushing $20 so i would have to charge more toward $60 for that many.

Don't know how helpful that is, i'm in rural NYS

I don't do brownies or bars, so I can't help you with those, but the strawberries seem a little cheap. Are you just dipping them, or are you doing a design on them too? If you're doing a design, I would definitely up that price...those can be sooooooooo much work. Even if you're just dipping them, I would consider charging more. I guess it depends on your location and market. Sorry I can't be of more help.

*Edited to say...looks like Peg and I were thinking the same thing at the same time. LOL

the strawberries i'm just dipping icon_smile.gif it's strawberry season here so that's why i'm getting them cheap... no decorations apart from a drizzle of white chocolate for contrast icon_smile.gif ...and you're right, they are a lot of work! it takes me like an hour to dip just one pound icon_razz.gif i've only made them once before so that's probably why i'm a little slow, lol!

you've helped a lot! thank you!

Hope some CC guys will find the answer you are seeking.
Personally, I think the prices are very reasonable and everything being made makes my mouth water.
