WE have a new store that just opened up in town. It's called Cash and Carry and it is a restraunt supply store. My friend and neighborhood cookie enthusiast just got her buisness license (she was licensed through her church and uses their kitchen) and told me to go look at the store. So I did. Well, I wasn't so overly impressed with thier bakeware section because they are higher in price than Smart and Final, and they carry some of the same brands as S&F with comprable prices, but I was amazed when I went to the baking aisle! Huge bags of bakers and confectioners sugar, good choices of flours, and other baking stuffs, but what I wasn't expecting to see was the tubs of Pilsbury and Duncan Hines frostings as well as some brands that I have never heard of. One of them was chocolate and said something about being made with fondant?
Anyway, they also have all kinds of fillings and such, 2 lbs less than $2.00 on all but the blueberry.

Fortunately for me my friend is going to loan me her shopping card for the store so that I can go fill up on the supplys that I want. Can't wait for payday!!!

You lucky dawg! There isn't much by me so I am going to have to go online. My sis lives outside Harrisburg and has a small cake store so I may not find much there but nonetheless am eager to check it out.
