Just went to the website. Wow $3.25 for one cupcake and a dozen for $36.00. Must be FANATASIC cupcakes. Will try to make it over there.

I went a few weeks ago and forked over the $36 for a dozen. Got a variety and they were ok. Didn't care for the vanilla cupcake cake part. THe chocolate was better and the chocolate icing was good but not to-die-for. I doubt I will go back unless I am in the neighborhood and only then, I will go if I get a good parking spot icon_smile.gif

Havn't been, but heard about them on the radio. I guess you can buy the mix to make at home. They are supposedly to die for. They are all the rage in Hollywood!

I haven't made it there yet, but reviews on the local restaurant discussion boards seem to be of the opinion that's it's expensive for something that's not extraordinary.

i'd buy one or two (if they sell em' that way) if i was out walking around , the menu options made me salivate! i dont think i'd order them per dozen (unless i wanted something fabulous in a pinch) simply because i can do THAT! yum, i am so hungry for sugar now!!!!

I have not been but their prices are outrageous, they don't have a large variety of designs , I might try them on my next trip down there.

i dont think its incredibly expensive. starbucks charges at least 2 for a simple cupcake....

i think they use good ingredients, and like anyone else, they need to make a profit.

i dont think they are cheap, but business is business, and apparently they are successful.

i need to find the address, now i am interested in making a trip out there!

i made some cupcakes this weekend, and i had free reign on the design, SO...since i couldnt get the sprinkles design out of my head... these were sort of inspired by those little signature "target" dots. thanks to the original poster for starting this thread and showing us such a cute design idea- and of course...thank you sprinkles! they are made from melted chocolate rolled out between two layers of parchment paper, chilled and cut out with cookie and fondant cutters.
