Hi-
I searched the forums to see if I can answer my own questions but I'm coming up empty. I would like to try chocolate clay and covering cookies in the same manner, much like MMF or RBC. How do you attach the chocolate clay to the cookies?
When I've done RBC in the past, I put it on a warm cookie straight from the oven but I'm afraid this technique is not going to work for the clay. I fear it will melt too fast. So, how would I do it?
Also, can the chocolate clay covered cookies be stored in the freezer? I need to do as much as I can ahead of time due to having a 21 month old at home. She doesn't let me do much when she's around. If I can store in the freezer, should I thaw the same way I would RI covered cookies? Leave them be until the condensation is gone (24 hours)?
Sorry for all the questions!
TIA!
Jen
