B.Keith Ryder, president of ICES will be teaching a Pulled Sugar class in Dahlonega, Ga. after the North Georgia 2007 Cake Challenge which is beign held, and now accepting applicants to compete, on Aug.4,2007.
August 5, 2007 9am-1pm cost is $100 and includes breakfast and a very nice luncheon.
