Anyone have any suggestions on a good icing to put on cookies.. Kind of like the icing you would get at the cookie company in the mall.. Just something you could taste... I tried just my normal buttercream and really couldn't tell it was there.. Any suggestions/recipes will be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks,
Dawn

I think that's the million dollar question. Your best bet is to hit the "cookie" forum and start reading. icon_surprised.gif

Hi,
as for me, I always use Fondant..I love it, I like it and i'm very happy with the results all the time. (Photos in MY PHOTOS).. No mixing, no waiting for it to dry before I can decorate. And it looks more nicer if I use textured rolling pins. icon_smile.gif

I always use Antonia's Royal Icing. It 's easy to work with and tastes great with the No Fail Cookies.....
